Basico is comprised of permanently employed consultants and independent associates who join the client's business for shorter or longer periods. We address the client's need for change - whether it's due to a missing colleague, a strategic ambition, or a combination of those. Client assignments are never the same and are always well-defined, ensuring you, as a consultant, a varied workday and a steep learning curve.
Our support functions consist of your colleagues from HR, IT, Marketing, and Finance, who work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep the engine running, so you have everything you need in your daily work.

I joined Basico as a Senior Manager in Finance IT Services. At the beginning, we were six employees but since then I have helped get approx. 18 more colleagues on board. Finding the right people is one of the most interesting parts of my job.
